Koukoutsi eco-material samples

If our company is responsible for any errors, the return is accepted if you notify us within 14 days from the delivery date. We fully refund the amount that corresponds to the product’s value.

The same 14-day policy after delivery applies to all other complaints regarding the order. If you have accidentally ordered the wrong products, we will refund only the amount corresponding to the value of the products.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees. 

Product returns are accepted upon request and only if the goods are unused and in original condition.

In case the product has been used or the original condition has been altered we will not accept the return.

 

The refunds are made within 30 days after return and receipt of goods from us.

Before returning the product, you must contact us at info@koukosdelab.com. 

All orders are processed within 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

GR delivery 

We ship our products domestically within 10 days. The Standard delivery fees are €2, and we offer free shipping of over €100.

Europe delivery

We also ship within the EU. Shipping times depend on your location. The standard shipping for delivery within the EU is 15-20 business days and the fees are €10. We offer free delivery on orders over €100. 

European customers are responsible for the custom duty fees of their products.

Cleaning Routine: Regularly dust or wipe down the surface with a soft cloth or microfiber cloth to remove dust and debris. For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution with water and gently clean the affected area. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners as they may damage the surface.

Avoid Excessive Moisture: While Koukoutsi eco-material is water-resistant, excessive moisture or standing water should be promptly wiped off to prevent potential damage or discoloration. Use coasters or mats under glasses and hot plates to protect the surface from moisture and heat.

Protection Against Scratches: Although durable, avoid dragging sharp or rough objects across the surface to prevent scratches. Use felt pads or soft protectors under furniture legs and avoid using abrasive materials for cleaning.

Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can fade colors over time. Position furniture and objects made from Koukoutsi eco-material away from direct sunlight or use curtains and blinds to reduce exposure.

Periodic Maintenance: Periodically inspect the surface for any signs of wear or damage. Address any issues promptly to maintain the aesthetic and functional integrity of the material.

By following these maintenance instructions, you can ensure that your Koukoutsi eco-material furniture and surfaces retain their beauty and functionality for years to come.
