If our company is responsible for any errors, the return is accepted if you notify us within 14 days from the delivery date. We fully refund the amount that corresponds to the product’s value.

The same 14-day policy after delivery applies to all other complaints regarding the order. If you have accidentally ordered the wrong products, we will refund only the amount corresponding to the value of the products.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees. 

Product returns are accepted upon request and only if the goods are unused and in original condition.

In case the product has been used or the original condition has been altered we will not accept the return.

 

The refunds are made within 30 days after return and receipt of goods from us.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 20 to 25 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic Delivery (Greece)

We ship our products domestically within 10 business days. The standard delivery fee is €20.

International Delivery (Europe)

We ship within the EU, with shipping times varying based on your location. Standard delivery within the EU takes 25 to 30 business days, with a shipping fee of €40. Please note that European customers are responsible for any custom duty fees associated with their products.

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your Lesvos Bench, clean the Koukoutsi material with a soft, damp cloth and avoid using harsh chemicals. The wooden frame can be wiped with a dry cloth to keep it free from dust and dirt.

For cleaning of koukoutsi eco-material, we recommend wiping the surface with a wet piece of cloth or you can use natural liquid soap and then use a wet piece of cloth. In case of a scratch, you can sand it with very fine sandpaper and then add some olive oil to a piece of cloth and treat the area. Oak wood As the wood is untreated it may be affected by grease and colourants. For this reason, we recommend saturating the wood with soap or suitable furniture oil to make it more resistant. If you wish to use soap or oil, use a suitable product. Be aware that the wood will change color when applying soap or oil.

Cleaning Routine: Regularly dust or wipe down the surface with a soft cloth or microfiber cloth to remove dust and debris. For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution with water and gently clean the affected area. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners as they may damage the surface.

Avoid Excessive Moisture: While Koukoutsi eco-material is water-resistant, excessive moisture or standing water should be promptly wiped off to prevent potential damage or discoloration. Use coasters or mats under glasses and hot plates to protect the surface from moisture and heat.

Protection Against Scratches: Although durable, avoid dragging sharp or rough objects across the surface to prevent scratches. Use felt pads or soft protectors under furniture legs and avoid using abrasive materials for cleaning.

Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can fade colors over time. Position furniture and objects made from Koukoutsi eco-material away from direct sunlight or use curtains and blinds to reduce exposure.

Periodic Maintenance: Periodically inspect the surface for any signs of wear or damage. Address any issues promptly to maintain the aesthetic and functional integrity of the material.
